We are looking for a friendly, dedicated, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Navsari, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an excellent, positive service experience for every customer across all communication channels, particularly catering to the growing business and industrial sectors of South Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments (e.g., Technical, Sales, Operations) to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are completely resolved and service expectations are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Degree or Diploma (Freshers with exceptional skills and professional demeanor are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi are essential. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a strong requirement for professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Zendesk, or Salesforce).
- A strong problem-solving attitude, patience, and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Prior customer service experience, especially in a retail, industrial support, or call center environment, is a significant advantage.
