The Navsari Local Crime Branch (LCB) apprehended two serial offenders from Mumbai responsible for a string of 31 daylight apartment thefts across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The duo used pre-parked motorcycles with fake number plates to target homes and evade CCTV detection before fleeing by train. Police recovered gold worth ₹2.34 lakh and ₹75,000 in cash during the arrest, solving multiple cases in the Navsari and Surat districts.
