Data Entry Operator / Back-Office Assistant (Navsari Location)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, fast, and highly accurate Data Entry Operator/Back-Office Assistant to join our team in Navsari, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage and update large volumes of data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information across various company systems to support our administrative and operational teams within the growing industrial and commercial landscape of South Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify large sets of alphanumeric data into company databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary systems with speed and precision.
- Maintain strict accuracy and completeness of all recorded information, adhering to established data quality standards.
- Review data rigorously for errors, inconsistencies, or duplication, and promptly execute necessary corrections or cleaning processes.
- Generate standard reports and maintain comprehensive administrative records as required by management.
- Support various administrative and back-office tasks during periods of peak workload to ensure smooth office operations.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security protocols are followed strictly at all times, complying with company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, B.A., B.Sc. preferred).
- Typing Speed: Proven fast and accurate typing skills (typically 30-40 WPM with high accuracy is ideal for the local market).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is mandatory, especially MS Excel (including basic formulas, sorting, and data filtering) and MS Word.
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi are essential. Basic written English for data processing is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are vital for maintaining high-quality databases.
- Familiarity with Tally or basic ERP systems is a distinct advantage given the local industrial environment.
