As in much of Gujarat, Navratri is the most iconic festival in Navsari. For nine nights, the city comes alive with Garba and Dandiya Raas. A unique local tradition in the Gandevi area is the Dori Raas, a centuries-old rope-based dance performed by locals. Major temples like Unai Mata also host grand celebrations featuring “Maha Aarti” and traditional folk performances that attract thousands of devotees.
